Goodmove,If most of that over 100BN annual remittances is withdrawn via M-pesa....Its a win for M-pesa kiosks,their income will rise and recipient will also benefit,

My review on wave is mixed. I wouldn't send large amount using them. Reason being that there's consistent delay on money transfer. Atleast on every transaction they let you know there will be a delay. That's the only consistence.
If urgent use other means.

The impression I am getting. Safcom has opted to be conservative. Going one on one with its M-Pesa platform. Working with specific companies like the sendwave folks rather than opening it up to any interested party.
