Ruto should not accept manual register

It's Uhuru gameplan to rig about 10 remote counties using manual register.

Areas likely to see deep state or gov faciliated rigging - Marsabit, Isiolo, Wajir, Garissa, Mandera, Lamu, Tana River, Samburu, Turkana, West Pokot, Tiaty Baringo, Laikipia - remote parts of coast and kajiado.

IEBC satellite phones have dealt a blow to gov - because last time we had 11,000 polling stations without 3G network. Now it's down to 1,000 and they will get sat phones.

Secondly without manual register - it's going to be harder for them to know who has voted and who hasnt. Not impossible but hard. Ruto should invest a lot in those remote counties...deploy agents and observers in remote areas of kenya - who can document any rigging.

I think they are targetting North Easternern .You can see from how they are buying the opinion polls to show that Raila is leading there. Where as as per history Raila has lost in NE from 2007, 2013 and 2017.
Even in 2002 when he was in NARC they lost to KANU there.

Yes they have bought all the leaders...but now they are engaged in a civil war...this will be counter-producitve for their plans as it becoming noisy and messy. it appears you just cannot unite somalisl

Davis Chirchir and his mulot boys are a beast. I got a glimpse of their parallel tallying and reporting platform they are building for Kenya Kwanza and was wowed.  Even with Manual register, there is no rigging that will go undetected. Raila/Uhuru should be the ones worried because if rigging was to take place, it is Kenya Kwanza that is capable of pulling it undetected!
The future belongs to those who have a quarter of the character and integrity of RV Heavy Hitter!

Yes I think only challenge in insecure remote areas of Northern Kenya where deploying agent is a problem. There are not a lot of votes...max from entire dry remote regions are a million but if election become close they matter.Gachagua has served as DO in Garissa so he understands the real challenges there.Turkana, west pokot, samburu, kajiado we are okay.Isiolo, Tana river and lamu has few votes.Really worry is Mandera,Marsabit, Wajir and Garissa...those should be top priority given to Gachagua though he will also be in charge of Mt Kenya where uhuru will be keen to rig.In kalenjin land we have half million plus votes more than luo so if turnout is cranked up to 90 percent that compensate for any rigging in luo nyanza and remote areas.
