Ruto will make him the Official Opposition Leader by act of parliament. He will given enough v8s, an office, budget, and will be receive reports and will have his shadow cabinet that he has already appointed.

We are on standby for (a) Azimio response on state capture and (b)Azimio aligned civil society leaders on our anti-corruption position (Azimio has denied its existence).
