Possible - they can release death voters from UDA zones only - to be deleted by Chebukati - and hide NASA ones.
So whatever the Data Manager - Kassait lady or Principal gov register brings as dead voters - must be examined
The number of dead voters - should be more than that - about 200K registered annually
If we assume half are adults - that is 100K - so five years - we need 500K dead votes - not 200k.

And what is invalid ID?

Also deletion of duplicates - and name it - need to be audited by another auditor

Generally we need to be shown these 900k and their geographical distribution.

We need county per county breakdown...then we can make conclusion.

But end of day - voting will be Biometric.

KPMG did similar exercises in 2013 and 2017

2017 - the figures were about half of what they have identified now.

Kasimu noted that 17,523 records in the voters list were backed up by invalid passport references, the law requiring that the travel document must be valid at the time of voting for it to be admissible.

Some 171,476 records in the register were found to be invalid when identification numbers were crosschecked with the National Registration Bureau.

Another 264,242 listed voters were found to be with duplicate, missing or invalid registration documents (National Identity Cards of Passports).

Another 2,610 individuals registered using the identity cards and passports at the same time.

Of the 19,647,835 voters registered by the commission as at the end of the second Mass Voter Registration, 1,037,260 are feared to be dead.

Comparing 2017 and 2022 clean up
- Number of death - is 200K - high - but considerably low that actual number of death
- About same numbe of invalid
- Duplicate has doubled - very concerning - if they cleaned the register - it would mean of the 2 million new voters - about 1/4 were duplicate or double registration?

Generally stuffing didnt happen except in Mandera. Biometrics generally identified 95 percent of the voters; The 5 percent are generally acceptable people with problem getting their biometrics - and so ghost voting is not a big issue.
