It is funny how political landscape change when kingpin alignment and realignment occur. Kingi Amason, indeed was keeping Coast under azimio. Now, From North to South, the whole coast is UDA!

But it was long coming - for people to change direction - it's like a big ship turning - before it happen - lots of things have gone on - ruto has visited coast and western gazillion times - putting pressure on weta, madvd and kingis - so for them accepting - it easy job - because Ruto already bake his cake - they are just the icing.

Ruto started almost from zero in 2013 - moved it to 20-30 percent - and will just double it to 60-70 percent this time round. You know Raila inherited most of these areas from KANU in 2002.

So it taken lots of hardwork and money to take them back.

For coast - Ruto has to talk about giving squattors lands - and for Mombasa - ports business is everything - plus Dongo Kundu free port.
