Uhuru Gives Up Appoints Dr. Nzomo Third Time
« on: October 29, 2014, 06:26:33 PM »
So determined was Uhuru to name a Kikuyu to the post of TSC Chairman that he tried it twice. And twice Parliament rejected it. The difference between Dr. Nzomo and the Kikuyu Uhuru wished to see as Chair was huge. Nzomo had out performed all other candidates.

Some believe GEMA went to the drawing board that resulted in the KAA interviews having a GEMA member of the interview panel granting 100% score to a GEMA candidate and 0 to none GEMA candidates. The matter is before the High Court.

Quote
The President had initially picked Mr Magochi for the position of chairperson and forwarded his name to Parliament for vetting, but members rejected his list based on arguments of lack of merit.

What happened to the tribal balance in public appointments? Why should it be GEMA only?

They flushed it down the same toilet they sent Chapter Six which now allows us to be governed by two indicted suspects. They twisted the logic. So rather than pin Chapter Six to individual probity and rectitude, they turned it to legalistic mumbo jumbo. The idea was for a person to carefully weigh the implications of holding office under a cloud of suspicion.

Uhuru Kenyatta is now a defender of the "innocent until proven 'guilty'" mantra. He is not content with smearing Kenya's image - a fact he recently acknowledged when he left another suspect in charge of the country so as not to besmirch the country by attending the trial as "President". He now wants senior civil servants who are under suspicion of criminal activity to continue working. We have sunk to the lowest point in our cesspool.
