No. Unless there's political goodwill. He's free to seek compensation. If his slot was filled imeisha kabisa! The good thing Muthamaki is lazy. He should've replaced Mwaura immediately and got the person sworn in

Mwaura is done. It doesn't seem like he even has a chance in ruiru. It is like ruiru people wrote him off. He needs to seek nomination to a technocrat job and cool his ball there for a decade
