Judiciary seem to think Uhuru has lost his legitimacy and has become such a serial breaker of the law - almost every judge is hitting him hard.

He should fire AG Kihara - and the entire state law office - and find himself a new AG.

You never give a friend AG office - your lawyer should never be your friend.

Uhuru need someone who can tell him the truth before he breaks the law right, left and center.

But your lawyer should be your Uncle how contradicting is this.
Do you even have a conscience? Reason people are calling you out. One day 2007 was rigged second day 2013 was not rigged then third day 2013 was rigged but only in Mandera.

Keep your Ndichu nonsense out of this. On small matter of frying Ndichus - Murgors will handle that. Those are personal issues.
On STATE MATTERS - that is where it Uhuru made a mess by appointing his friend Kuhara
AG as legal advisor should tell Uhuru stuff he doesnt want to hear.
Kuhara has lost so much - he should long have resigned.
KUHARA has overtaken Murgor father-in-law Mathew Guy Muli as Kenya WORST AG.

When did I think Mandera was rigged - very recently.
I was reading Charles Hornby blog (he is very good in Kenya politics - having studied it deeply - and does his own MOASS) - and found some of his analysis on last election convincing.

I change my mind all the time.

I am convinced prima facia - this could be NASA missing evidence of rigging.

Do yourself a favour and upgrade your LOW IQ by reading stuff like this

Lesson for Ruto: If he doesnt already know - concentrate on NEP and ensure there is enough agents/observers - it likely a place one would rig and it goes unnoticed.

This is the big problem with Uhuru. He trusts relatives and friends with state affairs. Even your ministers should never be your friends. This way you can make them personally liable and firing them is not a personal issue.
Uhuru has terrible advisors.

I guess when everything is named Kenyatta or Uhuru - you tend to confuse state for personal fiefdom.
In the future like we erased Moi-Kenyatta from money - we need to remove all these Mois and Kenyatta symbols - and distribute them amongst other heroes.
One or two are enough.
Plus this nonsense of hanging president picture in business or office...that is North Korea relic...that we should dump pronto.

That should be reserved for government offices. We are not a kingdom or as you mentioned N. Korea. I have never understood this practice and to what good.
I remember in Kenyatta's and Moi's days even kiosks had to have these symbols.
Btw, even that image of Kenyatta that was sneaked in on the Kenya currency should be ridden of by end 2022.

Yes they sneaked it - under guise of KICC.With new emboldened judiciary - all these commonsensical issues will soon be sorted. All it take is someone to go to court.

Very innovative of the judges.  Unless Mugenda rushes to COA seems Koome will swear them in.

The courts cannot be crying that court orders are being disobeyed every day without bringing in such clear self enforcing mechanisms and placing responsibility on a PERSON not amorphous government agencies.

I always hold they can for instance declare war on extrajudicial killings by refusing to hear any case by officer(s), police stations/posts implicated in the killings.

In kenya - money is everything - if you hit them with fine of 1 Billion Kshs - they will rush to court.

Just fine Uhuru or Gov violation at daily rate of 100M kshs. He will implement it.

Judges have discretion - hit these mofos with heavy fines - for any disobedience - and nobody will dare.

But you hear contempt of court order - fine of 500K.

Just quantify the loss of not appointing six judges in terms of cost of justice - and make uhuru liable - personally.
