This is what happens when a whole ministry is run by homeboys and the prefect most likely is the owner of the PPP.

Macharia-Kamau have enacted pure tribalism in infrastructure that need to be dismantled...and these contracts audited.

PPPs are good but they become a problem if lopsided like Kenya Power.

How do they expect someone to pay 1200kshs to drive on such roads..while he is building a freeway to Nyeri using public funds.

Either turn all roads to toll roads or let them all be paid through public funds.

That ministry's structure will be dismantled come end 2022, but the PPPs will be with us for here to stay. Most likely the GoK has even made an agreement of lowest number of vehicles that should use the road. In case of number is not reached, government pays the rest. That is the case with the electricity PPAs that have got us into the trouble we are with KPLC.

Let put our hopes on judiciary. Hii judiciary haitaki mchezo. If somoene can take such case...they will suspend those contracts.
