Yes that conman could not even paint the trains. That was Kibaki biggest mess - and the transaction was undertaken by WB's IFC- with both Kenya and Uganda signing out rail and all the locomotives to a South African farmer for 20yrs

Mumias should be given out to someone who understand sugar manufacturing, sales and distribution. The Rais or Transmara are ideal.

At around 12 minutes, he talks about 2 factor authentication. He once claimed he invented it.  I doubt Mwale even knows what a variable is.  But he is a talented salesman(under legit conditions).  I have worked with people like that before - give them a few ideas, buzzwords and they can use their talent for smoke and mirrors to appear like they know what they are talking about.
