If you look at those numbers,you see a changing world interms of millionaires numbers in Africa and Asia and with their rising economies will come with the rise in millionaire numbers who will increase their appetite for art industry,quite undervalued in todays prices if you look at art exchanges and exhibitions,

Sound like a good advice..are there really good art schools in kenya..i know of BuruBuru..i want to introduce my daughter to art...it can be nice hobby.

There are several in Nairobi..google,Its more of a talent and passion thing,when mixed with addressing life issues from politics,culture,economics it can be very profitable,with time the NGO brokers who rip off kenyans and auction the works in UK or USA will have it very rough with the likes of circle arts agency holding regular auctions with direct artist participation,last year the best auction was over KES2MN while i saw Jeff Koinange of late buy a 1MN painting,
