COVID19 in Kisumu is Out of Control

My nephew informed me the morgues are full. Bodies being stored as far as Webuye, Kaimosi and Kericho. Police now swinging into action to stop that and speed up burials.

Apparently the turnout in kisumu for Uhuraila madaraka day was comprehensive. Word went round that Uhuru was to hand over power to Raila at Kisumu stadium. Our people traveled from Uganda, Tanzania and South Sudan to witness the historic event. The mobilization was total leading to a rare closure of jua kali.

Those who returned to Uganda have exacerbated the problem over there. We have yet to hear from Sudan and TZ.

I know about the bile. It's only going increase. Ferrying 15 bodies to Kaimosi Friends Mission Hospital Mortuary in a convoy isn't going to help calm things down.

Meanwhile in my own village 5 dropped dead yesterday alone. One of them was a Denier antivaxxar who led many in refusing masks and vaccination. So I think the death of the one might actually save lives.

Baba Covid is busy flaunting heath protocols dancing the night away in night clubs and generally continuing to act like the spoilt son of a tycoon. Gatheca is scheduled to spread it in Ukambani.

Not to be outdone, Ruto took it to the Pokots. Wait 10 days for the results.

Question: I can understand that Uhuru is doing it to get the cause to postpone the inevitable; Raila is in it because the guy lost his last brain cell (his ardent followers will know last like a family only discovers last of all that their kin is mad). But why is Ruto doing it?

Pole. That sounds horrible. Uhuru has failed to prioritize vaccination of kenyans. He is total complete failure. Look at Rwanda - soon everyone will be vacinnated.

Uhuru seem to want COVID to continue to stop Ruto from tanga tangring.

He is enjoying this dictatorship where everyone is locked at home instead of out there campaigning  - and badmouthing his gov.

I think Ruto doesn't want to be out of the limelight whenever he sees baba do something he also goes out,this is the problem. Ruto can do better there are other strategies he can employ like holding barazas with few stakeholders

Yeah it's going to be difficult to keep him still; Ruto knows real politics is played out there; not in boadrooms. But with COVID-19 - and election 2022 - we might have to throw caution into the wind - otherwise Gatheca is not solving COVID so he can use it to loot in silence.
