If I recall 2yrs ago - it was Odunga and Mumbi - in that list - and now Mumbi has been swapped with Prof Ngugi. Her transfer from Nairobi has helped her. Maybe her taking away the governor's security of tenure and turning them worse than DCs also helped her.
The four judges - are those mostly stationed in high court of nairobi - and especially the constitutional court - the division of human rights and constitution.
They make decisions mostly against gov - and Uhuru is bitter with them.
As for corruption - definitely you start with Commercial division - where money cases are held - not a division where Omtata, Olouch rachier the guy from Migori who is always amicus curiae
and turkana boy with his third way alliance are the main litigant against the gov. Omtata definitely has no money to bribe the judges.
Ultimately this is pure intimidation of the high court - especially that division of constitution and human rights - so next judges in that division will be acutely aware that gov is unhappy.
Thank god Uhuru has one year to go home.
