This LAW Siaya professor - and it shocking how stupid he sounds.

And this guy Raila asked to draft BBI - and Uhuru agreed :)

By then the Spy Amb Martin Kimani was in New York - having finished his assignment in BBI.

Woi your hatred for Luo. At least we merely hate Ruto.

The brilliant Prof Sihanya is on point: those judges had serious beef with Uhuru. As even Paul Mwangi notes: "even the petitioners were shocked. The judges hijacked their case to attack the president." I expect CoA to stay the ruling and later quash most of the points. Only the distribution of new MPs is likely to stand.

The most stupid fool to be badly exposed is AG Kihara.

Robina , you have been singing all along that there was no referendumn this year and BBI is a ploy for Raila line up in 2022. If that is the case then how you claim Kihara is a fool ? Isnt the plan on course ?

BBI is 2022-combo. Even if the activist judges didn't decapitate it - Ndiis would have run to CoA then SCORK. The temporary orders against IEBC and PORK will stay in place during the appeals.

There slight possibility if they use the parliamentary route - that BBI could make it with 2022 (IEBC logistics nightmare) - otherwise popular one is irredeemably flawed.

The problem high court has completely ruled out amending the executive chapter - so no PM or DPM or such hybrid nonsense.

The core operating system will remain a pure presidential system until we are due for an upgrade - you need a civil war for that.

BBI is Raila power-sharing thing to string Mdvds, Kalonzos, PKs - so hybrid must be in it or it pointless. Hold on - Odungas likely to be overruled.
