Pundit, those roads will not last one rainy season.
Btw, paved roads were built by the Romans way back BC. Some of those roads can still be seen today. The main thing about roads is the surface under the pavement stones. The surface has to be well compacted before laying out of the stones.

Yes but in red soil like that; it may last a little longer than murram; In your place like Vihiga - with granite rocks; these can last forever.
