Which places....that petition is not Omtatah. It wierd characters. We already know Uhuru have the  numbers to influence JSC. He is hoping that Mwilu can be knocked out - so he can tilt the balance.

For me I look at the MOTIVE - and then follow the footprints and fingerprints. This petition is statehouse inspired.
