Title: More bbi mess..only 12 counties received the correct version

The senate received a certified IEBC while parliamentary didn't.I guess someone is busy killing BBI internally.Poor Raila has bet his future on this fatally wounded process...

12 counties leaves a whole 31 valid approvals. What a fool.

ONLY 12 counties received certified BBI. I always thought English comprehension was your strongest point - because elsewhere you truly suck. You cannot think to save your own life.

ieBC IMERUKA STORI. SAYS THEY GOT 57 COPIES FROM BBI SECRETARIAT AND SUBMITTED 47 OF THOSE :) - so kama kuna shida - its the BBI secretariat. I thought they would get one - and certify that :)
