Another illegal action by Jubilee govt. The constituition was very clear on the formation of the Executive. These positions were brought through the backdoor to please a few political friends and now has become the norm of the day.
The CASs like formerly assitant ministers have nothing to do. Just squandering tax payers money.

He will just ignore as he has done in the past.
Highest order of impunity.

Yes he undermines the rule of law with impunity. There should be sanction post his time in office. Someone should sue him in retirement. His immunity and power will be gone.

This is Kenya. Next president will do the same no matter who it is. Impunity reigns high in Kenya. The president is still a mini-god.

But Judiciary ought to put a stop to this. They should refuse to hear any case until LAW AND ORDER is respected. No need churning out court orders that can be disobeyed.

If you remind the CAS that they will have to pay back the salaries and allowances, they might think twice.
