Remmy was a music genius that I think we have not appreciated how great he was. he was way ahead of his time. he  advocated for the less fortunate in music. I would say in Tanzania he only challenger in terms of greateness would be Nyerere. This son of a refugee lived a very harsh life in the streets and became the biggest advovate of the down trodden.

I am listening to his Sauti ya Mnyonge song. What a gem
