I was writing a weeks news summary then got app into problem

The maritime issue looks critical. I think uhuru wants to delay as much as possible and hand over the hot file to next pork

Raila should be forefront and worked on it as Africa infrastructure kingpin. He was prime minister when kenya signed 2009 parallel latitude treaty with TZ
