Not a reliable source. I remember Uhuru hosting this Dangote guy so he had access to Uhuru why didn't he complain to the boss? I hope CS under whose docket this project was handled can clear the air. Did someone here claim corruption is good for the economy?

Yes. I saw Jeff mentioning this while name-dropping Dangote. In a fact-free environment like Kenyan media, people can run with this stuff and fill the blanks with colorful details. If anyone needs Dangote to tell them Ruto is a kleptocrat, they have been living under a rock.
