Reason why Uhuru and Raila are the most corrupt leaders

Kenya has invested 1.9 Kshs Billion only to buy Covid Vaccine . With the money MCA will be given for Car Grants they can be able to triple the amount of vaccine they plan to buy  .
Likoni floating Bridge cost 1.5 Billion   The Car Grant Money can be used to construct another floating bridge in Mtongwe
Thika Road high-capacity bus lane would cost 5.8 Billion and ease congestion  - 4.5 Billion supposedly going to MCAs would offset that cost .

Judiciary should declare BBI null and void for these kind of bribery. These are the many grounds that can be filled in supreme court if BBI ever passes.

I hate to say this but I agree with these two custodians of kikuyu and Kalenjin supremacy, this is garbage. In fact if BBI is serous, it should be looking for ways to reduce the number of MCAs and their benefits.
