Why does Labosos sister want her wealth and widower and children are alive? People suggesting if she wants let her just inherit the man like "tero buru" so all becomes fair game both sides. Is she over-reaching?

I think bone of contention..jaluo had nothing and the dynasty father should have shot him at kericho golf club but he didn't.It almost a sacrilege for a Luo to marry a kipsigis..kalenjin  minimum for any cooperation was circumscion.Anyway seriously Abonyo was squatting in laboso home in Sotik.The case will revolve on how much that wealth is the father. Laboso father was rich man. Abonyo was hustler

He should have sorted it out with the relatives before going to court. It just feels shameful for a guy to be inheriting a woman. I  wouldn't touch anything. I'd leave with my clothes and my kids (if too young) but if adults they choose.
