Lobby group, Linda Katiba Movement, has launched a campaign to rally Kenyans to reject the Building Bridges Initiative in totality. The Martha Karua-led lobby on Monday unveiled a website which Kenyans could sign up to oppose the constitutional amendment drive. Speaking at a Nairobi hotel, Karua said Kenyans have the numbers to defeat the selfish plans by the political class.
Economist David Ndii said Kenyans must reject the BBI or else they will find themselves in the state they were in before the advent of multi-party democracy in 1992. Activist Jerotich Seii said Kenyans should not sit back and watch as leaders change the law to suit their selfish goals.

I still remember her defending Kibaki's regime against corruption allegations when Kibaki's men were caught with their hands in the cookie jar. Martha should take responsibility for Kenya's malaise today. She had a chance to make a difference, but opted to defend the indefencesible.
Personally I do not listen to her.
Martha Karua only fell out with Kibaki after she realised she was not the crown princess for Mt Kenya region. She had fought so hard for the regime and even involved her self in election fraud, that could not face the fact the big boys had just used her for their own gain.

She is fronting herself again as the voice of the opposition, which she opposed at the time she was Justice monister.

This is about BBI. I am with Martha on this.
