ODM doesn't need Uhuru like Kibaki nor Moi. It's built an empire over time from being the only progressive force uniting Kenyans across tribes. Also a reminder that the Clinton era is back with an agenda for Kenya no doubt.

Raila groomed Ruto in ODM but ODM still holds money and power over RV and moreso with new alliances forming. Ruto is just another bible thumping Judas but uglier. Does anyone even remember that beautiful man? He crawled back to the rainbow. If the uglier v2.0 had any sense of reality, he'd tosha the powerful one and wait his turn.

Look like he is now coveting Ruto job as the unofficial gov opposition leader - after conspiring with BRO Uhuru to give Matiangi Ruto's job.

He is no longer with system and the deep state. He wants the wananinchi :)

He needs to chose where he is . Handshake with Government or Opposition . The reason he became enemy of state number one was for this same reason.
Uhurus advisors will now see his true colours a person who cannot be trusted , If he is now on their side and still backstabbing Uhuru , how will he be God forbid if ascends to Presidency. The way I know Uhurus advisors expect some form of reaction and backlash for the handshake.
Raila is the true defination of a snake keep away lest you get bitten. Nowonder Ruto does not want anything to do with Raila He never trusted him in 2002 when he routed for Uhuru , he never trusted him in 2007 when he routed for Kalonzo and 2013 when Raila tried to make advances .
