Title: Jittery Raila wants to declare himself ODM flag bearer.

He wants to forestall being told to step aside for a compromise candidate (a Matiangi or maDVD) by Uhuru deep state :) as only way to beat Hustler Nation.

I encourage him to run .  thats a sure win of Ruto . With Raila on the ballot Ruto does not need to campaign .

After having shafted them left and right for the last 3 years . Same thing he did with Rift valley from  2008 to 2012 - Then he tried to reconcile - It was a tide to late .
