Parkerpen: Kila mtu aende kazi and no traffic jams for this. Btw, he is landing Wilson, and the the time is 5.30 am. Please pass the word. No drama on Uhuru return, he is coming back as citizen Uhuru.

No. He is excellency as of 6pm Wed. Stop confusing people. He is landing at JKA and taking Outer Ring rd, am sure thats no where near Wilson. Its gonna be one big jam.
