The Kikuyu Intelligentsia has succeeded in turning their supporters in to collective idiots with no capacity to think for themselves. If a man has been INVITED to lecture, it follows that the inviting institution pays not just the ticket but accommodation and the stipends / allowances needed. Obviously Raila's lecture circuit last time was successful enough to warrant a new invite from other institutions.

Raila is not holding a public office with access to tax-payer funds which one can insinuate he has dipped his hands in to.

But all this is linked to the pedestrian propaganda that when Uhuru was invited to The White House, it meant Raila was now "locked" out. In all my life I have never seen such frequency of idiotic crap being peddled.

A tribalist remains so throughout his life. He imagines that everybody uses the same reasoning as he does. Thus he reads tribe in everything. Just like a liar would accuse everybody of lying, so would a tribalist accuse everybody of tribalism with no basis. For years we were subjected to the garbage that Obama would get Raila in to office for no other reason than both are Luos. That of course irked Kambas and Kikuyus. Nyooba peddled to the rumor to Kambas telling them the reason Kalonzo would not get the job is Obama.

When Kalonzo was short changed, it came to Jitoto being framed to get Raila a highway. etc etc

All this is peddled by seemingly educated people who one would think know better.
