Joe Ageyo really cornered the man. What I picked is that Uhuru tricked Ruto about the true intent of the Handshake and BBI taskforce. Ruto says they seconded mostly wazee - Major John Seii, Jim Matundura, Maison Leshoomo, Amos Wako, etc - all in 70s - because it was a peace-building mission. :) He was surprised later when they ended up with amendments bill.

Speak when referendum has been held otherwise Uhuru has been making accommodation to keep Raila happy. Now whether Raila can pull referendum is up in the air.

When Uhuru make available 15B budget for IEBC in next budget - then we will take him a little seriously.

That is assuming judiciary won't have killed it before then.

Let them clean the signatures - and present it to IEBC next week. Then I expect law suit to start - challenging the signature collection. This will be first challenge Raila has to surmount.
