Ruto can make these guys produce. That is called leadership. That is why Ruto is a leader. You have to know how to handle them and their big egos. Addressing them for example as Prof Dr Solicitor Miguna disarm them. They just need to be respected :) and loved. They don't need money or deal or contracts like the usual neurotypical. They need to be intellectually engaged.
