Post by: gout on November 24, 2020, 10:25:22 AM: Itumbi has cleverly cited Matiangi as private citizen. No mention of office. DPP and EACC are offices cited.

As an individual the records will remain even after you leave office for decades. The past cases where the office holder is cited are where they have trashed court orders with abandon.

I like such trial and errors. True meaning of access to justice given most lawyers won't touch such hot potatoes. He can go back, tie the bolts and or come back to court or well be cut a cheque. Omtata ceased from being termed as vexatious to now a polished public defender.
