That's one way to look at it. You could also say Biden executed despite Trump's incumbency, voter suppression, hundreds of thousands of votes intentionally stuck in the USPS system. In other words, GOP, despite the unfair advantages it had, and underhand tactics, still could not deliver for Trump.

Granted, it's pretty disturbing that almost 70 million people saw everything that Trump did, and thought 4 more years of it was a good idea. These people still walk among us.
