Chebukati has security of tenure...he would be a fool to allow Raila to roll over him.

Security of tenure? How did his predecessors leave office? This is Kenya and only the president has security of tenure.The rest it exists only on paper.

Hassan and fellow got paid for 8yrs. Chebukati has to be paid for all 8yrs and reputational damage. He is unlikely to get another job..and he signed for 8yrs deal. Unless you have evidence to get him through a tribunal.he aint going out.
