I read it and he makes convincing arguments except he selling us a mongrel that is going to mess the foundation of our constitution. The separation of powers is cornerstone of democracy. We are being invited to go back to the old constitution basically. Where executive interfere with judiciary. Parliament are part of the executive. And it's become an impossible system to do checks and balance because of conflict of interest.
