BBI is going nowhere. We cannot go for referenda that is so expensive to give power to president to fire and appoint anybody at will - and call a cure to winner-take-all.

Ruto should save his energy - and concentrate on better things.

This one is designed to fail on it's own.

No need to engage Uhuru and Raila.

All politics is local,ask pundito,We are tribal,we dont vote on ideologies.Pundito knows this very well.

Of course. And Raila only has the Luo vote. He has lost most of the others to Ruto. As for GEMA - they have adopted Ruto it appears :) Tribe matters only if there are strong tribal leaders. Otherwise the vote get split.

You have been saying Raila only has luo votes for the longest. Thats what tribal coalition is all about. All Raila needs is the Luo vote and then he finds some people with other tribal or regional votes and then they put it together to form a political coalition.  RAO does not need other tribes to love him, he just need them to vote their interests.  BBI will be a very easy sell.  Watch this space.

Raila space is now occupied by Ruto as Raila retreat to Luo leader. It's back to 1997 for Raila. Ruto is like Moi of 90s now - he has widespread support from Kabilas who don't have a horse. Raila I don't know who he will merge with - because he has burnt bridges with NASA that gave him 45% - he really can only promise max 20 (if you give him say mijikenda and few luhyas). That I think was VEERY VERY STUPID and is responsible for his retreat to Luo leader.

I understand the singular pursuit of GEMA - but surely was it necessary to kick maDVD,Wetangula and Kalonzo :) - why not say thank you for your support and let's keep fighting.

Now as we enter 2022 - Raila plan A - Z is for Uhuru/ GEMA to support him.

But GEMA do not want the guy :) :)  - well don't lose hope - maybe Uhuru will rail-road GEMA as he retires to vote Raila.

OMG!  All that crap coming from someone who not too long ago thought that Ruto was cruising to the presidency with Ouru's blessings and that BBI was dead.
