Yes after 18K votes - look like BBI is indeed DOA. I am part of 40% who will NOT waste a minute to read the nonsense - retrogressive insulting nonsense that want to bring imperial presidents. Even if Ruto was to be handed such presidency - I'd oppose it.

We want constitution that protect us from powerful rogue president.

Not give it the legal muscle to go completely rogue.

Like Raila PORK in 2013 was a done deal. That is why you gave up on democraxy. Why are you guys so NAIVE. You have book brains. What is missing -

BBI is a big flop - MAJORITY WILL NOT EVEN READ IT - INCLUDING ME.
1) Nobody asked for it
2) It cannot unite 3 politicians!
3) It seeks to complicate the situation
4) It seeks to compound the situation
5) It never sought parliamentary approval or any legal backing - and it's funding is clandestine.
6) It a stupid project by Harambee House idiots who should have been providing law and order - not playing politics.
7) Majority of kenyans and the world have other urgent priorities around CORONA - nobody is even sure about next year - both healthwise and economically.
8) It 2 people project. Has nothing to do with us.

BBI approval is a done deal.

Itumbi's twitter page is only read by Tangatanga trolls obviously. It should be 90% No so this is actually bad. You should look at Cate Waruguru's facebook see how she demolishes Mobutu on the ground. MK cannot handle Cate in Nanyuki.

From the BBI results seems Uhuru got an upperhand between the two . Ndii seems  br to right in saying once Raila decided to leave the spearheading of the BBI with the president  it was a gone case , knowing Railas negotiation skills from KANU -NDP co-operation, NAK/LDP "coalition", ODM -K " coalition"  , NARA talks , failed Ivory Coast negotiation the common denominator has always been being shafted .

This BBI as Raila correctly put it  by default of design is " Nyoka ametoka pangoni"  a real serpent  .  I have to admit I was one of the only few who felt Judiciary had used its powers to usurp the peoples will , but from the few months Ive learnt better an decisive Judiciary than a captured Judiciary .

Mobutu has read for Kalenjin - Raila has read for Luo. Old news.

BBI is legit - Aukot and Gusii prof already ran to court and lost. Thought we settled this "illegal financing", "no consultation", bla bla. Aukot drafted PMI in his bedroom with the wife or clande; Mobutu bloodmoney prolly funded him. All those mean nothing cause law only kicks in at signature. BBI will gather 1M signatures in a week - then clear counties in another week. If that's the plan.

I am not convinced they intend to pass BBI before elections - BBI is new ICC in 2022. Either way gender, youth, NHS, 35%, WDF, IPOA commission are major wins compared to the cost. Maraga already want to dissolve parliament for gender - this is the fix - it complies with court orders and advisory.

What do you mean by approval , from courts ? A Million Signatures In support ? , County Assembly Support ? Parliament Support ? Referendum Support ?

Robina you're are so political naive. You don't understand that politics is driven by public sentiments. You think if all big players band together they can pass anything.Maybe in parliament. But referendum was precisely was put there to checkmate it.Bbi appeared designed to fail.Youre too daft to see it.Youre basically as foolish as Raila.

There is a reason why Uhuru is now meeting boda boda. It's public sentiments.

BBI because it's so odius will be rejected by Kenyans - and Uhuru will tell Raila - I tried but it's unpopular.

And it dies without Ruto having to oppose it.

Mobutu has been doing excellent job as kiongozi ya upinzani - he has the energy, the brain, the oomph, the forked tongue, the drama for it. After few years of maandamno and teargas he will be done & dusted for PM the PORK.

Getting power sio rahisi hivyo like Raila is thinking. It's hard work. A lot of brain work. And a lot of strategic and tactical manourves.

Ruto is with majority - 40% like me - who WILL NOT READ IT AND WILL OPPOSE IT.

This thing is so dead on arrival - it doesn't need any opposition.

You can add more and more but they will still imply one thing - No enthusiasm with the BBI .

Cate is bitter just because her former husband refused the baby cate had was his, now cate hates all kalenjins including Ruto with a passion. And its true alipewa nyundo na businessman wa kirinyaga akapata mimba.

There more the fear - the more poor hustlers realize they have power in their hands. At least a Nigeria like week of mayhem seem almost guaranteed. Just a trigger.
