Title: Martha Karua Tells Off Uhuru and His Kikuyu Sycophants
Post by: Omollo on October 06, 2014, 02:55:05 PM
My beef is still with the Nation's reporting of the story. What is the purpose of all these editorial comments? Then Nation resorts to LYING: When did any jubilee leader say Martha was looking for "relevance"? This is a creation of theirs to pretend to be objective. What a tribal rag!

If you go to the site, you would notice that they have chosen to use an old photo. By yesterday, they had the relevant photo of Martha at the rally they refer to. But their tabloid tendencies cannot allow them to skip sexual insinuations and by that denigrate the importance of a leading Kikuyu politician refusing to move along with the rest of the sheep herded by the Kenyatta Family.

Narc Kenya leader Martha Karua Sunday said she supported the demand for a referendum being championed by Cord because it was her right to do so.

Ms Karua accused President Uhuru Kenyatta and his government of hypocrisy in finding fault in her association with Mr Odinga.
“There are some people asking why Martha Karua is now standing with Raila. I would like to tell them that Karua is a Kenyan, and so is Raila,” she told an Okoa Kenya rally at Kangemi in Westlands Constituency, Nairobi.

Mr Raila Odinga is a co-principal of Cord which is campaigning for a referendum.

The former Gichugu MP, who vied for the presidency in last year’s General Election, appeared at a rally supported by Cord for the first time. But she has attended a Okoa Kenya press conference before.

RAISED EYEBROWS

It is the rivalry with Mr Odinga in her political history that raised eyebrows when she first appeared at an Okoa Kenya function more than two months ago. Some Jubilee leaders accused her of desperately seeking political relevance.

Yesterday, she reminded President Kenyatta and his deputy that they, too, have had a close association with Mr Odinga, when they opposed the constitution in the 2005 referendum.

“They were on the side of Raila opposing the constitution as I was on the side of President Mwai Kibaki. They defeated us and when the Cabinet was shuffled, they continued to be led by Raila, telling Kenyans their stand,” said Ms Karua.

“At the time, President Uhuru, you didn’t see that as bad, but today, when Karua and others stand with Raila, you get shaken. When you stood with him, the Constitution we have today hadn’t even been passed,” she said.

The collective pea sized brain shared by the jubiliots would be no match to Madam President's.  The fakers are well advised to avoid challenging her ovyo ovyo, she is not Moses Kuria..lol
