This is the problem with Kenya's justice system. Just like the rest of the country, iko na wenyewe. She should have laid her arguements on the table. She cannot just make such an ambigious statement with elaborating on her decision to reverse her earlier judgement.
As for my own layman opinion, that instituition is illegal. Has no legal basis and is as if the country is now run on executive declaration. What is the role of parliament?

It's not about the law but its highly unprocedural for a judge to reverse her decision.This ought to have been appealed or reviewed by another higher court or filed afresh with new facts
