Museveni understand Uganda and has serious passion for leadership.
Museveni knows pretty much every inch of uganda - and even when a boda boda is stolen - he is aware.
Not even Moi was half as committed and as passionate as M7.
The guy goes through his facebook posts - and sometimes reply to them.
During his presidential annual address on radio - he can speak for six hours - switching to Luganda to explain where neccessary.
