The tea reforms were fine - but now they want to kill the tea sector.

You are naive to think its Munya. Its Gatheca and possibly hand it to an army general KMC  style, join the dots, Uhuru might be planning to bring Military rule in kenya after 22

You are a big government type of guy..ktda has no issues that need to be fixed. It is a marketing agent in tea trade

Actually I am not. I am for BIG gov investment in Infrastructure ONLY. And less or zero gov elsewhere.
Once gov has BRIDGED OUR INFRASTRUCTURE DEFICIT - we can go small gov completely - where gov just spend a little to maintain infrastructure.
