You will not see more poorly drafted, nebulous, theoretical musings than that so called petition. Instead of the 3 Judge bench they want, the CJ shd save time and money and dismiss the thing in limine.

ODM are on quick sand - Corruption stance is now DOA - next is BBI - then handshake.

Otherwise the case is solid - an amendment of on basic structure - would make it a mongrel.

Ours for example is a presidential system - you bring in PM - you make it hodgepodge that would be impossible to reconcile.

So you might have to OVERHAUL the entire constitution

Sifuna became a senator by UDA mishandling their nominations by giving Wanjiru through pass.
