Why are pro BBI Governors known to be corrupt not being arrested the likes of Waiguru, Joho, Awiti, Kingi etc

The same machinery can urn against you  once out of power . Here we are talking about Mbiyu Koinange  ,Charles Njonjo , Nicholas Biwott ,  etc

Its guaranteed that come 2022 there will be different office bearers of the DCI /DPP/EACC .

Now that they are going after County Executive who came in power in  2013 what will prevent them going against National executive who came into power in  2013 .
