Look like they are replacing new money in Ruto team - with old Moi friends.

Kiprono imported those F5 jets for the airforce from Jordan that neve took off the ground.
Nobody should think Gideon is better than Ruto. Very greedy man and not the most intelligent in town.

Seems you are allowed to broker any deal using State House seal as long as you signature tune is I can stalemate Ruto.
