Instead of taking it to media he should have called Kimunya and given him a timeline for it to be tabled to parliament and have it enacted .

You do not get it. Ruto will talk much, but nothing follows. He like Uhuru does not want transparency when it comes to shady deals in goverment tenders. Both are direct beneficiaries of corruption in govt.

You cant compare Uhuru state thievery with Rutos,Where as Ruto has emazsed wealth to build 3 hotels or so and good enough to run his 2022 campaigns, Uhuru made enough wealth to last generations and 50+ from now. A very good student of his father.

The stealing is well covered in policy and law. The directives are just dry runs to test how foolproof the ploys are.
