Kenya: Okoa Kenya’s referendum drive appears to be losing steam after a series of poorly-attended rallies last week. And chances of a potential merger with similar drive launched by governors is also appearing non-viable after three governors lobbying for a national plebiscite withdrew their support. This means that there is only one governor of the the 47 elected county leaders pushing for a people’s petition to amend the Constitution.

Ole

I thought you know propaganda when you see it. Shollei is really worried that the wife may be jailed for corruption. He has therefore gone overboard with his pro-TNA propaganda. While Nation gets in when it gets intensive (like when Saba Saba reached Eldoret), Standard Media is now operating without stops.

Kenya has not changed. Call a public rally and people will turn up even if they don't support you. It's a form of entertainment. So why would anybody forgo that because he doesn't like pesa mashinani? Its the same as alleging that the young man who hit Raila in Kwale did so out of opposition to the referendum. The man has no idea what it is all about. If so why didn't he stay away?
