Uhuru has lost it completely. When will he ever use that highway to his shags?
Waste of Kenyan taxpayers money. They should build a dual carriageway between Nairobi and Nakuru. Makes more sense than building a road for some guy to go count his goats in Gatundu.

its total madness..they think he will get gema respect by doing this or they are panicked at prospect of power loss. He was fine in Jubilee 1.0 and development was national...now he is just thinking, talking and name it in Kikuyu. Nothing else matters.

He was only fine because you believed "Kumi zangu, kumi zake" in a country's history replete with age old okuyo lies... You were telling us in 2017, you would vote him back "because of his development record". Heck you voted for this guy 3 times  :-\

Uhurus stategy was no neutralize Raila and  kill down any opposition . In so doing he would do whatever he pleases - It seems to be working for now but what will be the consequences . Actually Luo Nyanza has benefited more  under Uhurus  second term in comparison with Mt Kenya

Actually Uhuru was doing fine up until handshake . He lost the focus and having realized he would go home without leaving a mark in his second term , he is trying anything in the air which will make people say under Uhuru the constitution was changed to add Premier and Deputy Premiers .

Nope. Jubilee 1.0 development was more or less national. Maybe Luo Nyanza were excluded. Uhuru is now behaving like Kibaki 1.0. That was one tribalistic regime that gave rise to PEV 2007 because people were not happy with insular mt kenya getting all the cake.

Uhuru is trying to steal even little crumbs going to Mandera - while nobody is questioning him for nearly 100B projects in Central - Mau Mau road 30B. This new road 10B. Dual road from Kenol to Nyeri. The man is investing a lot in kikuyuland and in places like RV - all we are getting are evictions and more IDPS.

I mean when Kenyans have given your PORK - why cry like a baby over little money going to LAMU or Mandera - same LAMU has 50% kikuyus.

What did Mt Kenya get during Kibakis first term ?

I forget but there were skewed development and hiring. There were list going around showing how kibaki was sending water, roads and name it project to central. The hiring was blantant - it was replacing kalenjin with kikuyus and merus.

Anyway all of it eventually boiled down to PEV/41-1.

NARA corrected most of these because everyone had a stake - although like now - with Uhuru - Kibaki controlled the key ministries and institutions.

Kibaki just lost the propaganda war to Raila in 2007 elections -( remember how KTN was the news station and Kass FM were ruling the airwaves then .
Rift Valley felt they were targeted when the P.S. / Parastatal chiefs and Ministers originating from there were sent home with change of regime .
Also Uhuru made a mistake of joining Orange Movement thereby handing over KANU electorate to ODM

Stop rewriting history. Kibaki lost the political war the time he and his Mt Kenya gang behaved as if only they mattered in Kenya. Remember Chris Murungaru's words before the 2005 referedum, "we have the numbers"?
Kibaki even lost the election but managed to steal the victory. Kenya has never come to calm ever since. The old man should have gone home in 2007 and today he would be a respected elder.
