Haha Kilonzo is emerging as a brilliant guy. Kikuyu senators are being myopic. They need to let turkana get her repatriations

There is no impasse or stalemate. just smokescreen to buy Ukur with a broke Treasury some time to get some taxes.

It appears the new RAC - Allocation Comittee - didn't do enough public publication - so best to shelve this.
