Very subdued. He need to get back to Mganga, mchawi  yule mzee wa kitendawili...pesa ya Corona tumetenga bla bla bla

And this resonates well with the masses, Raila was stopped on his vitendawalis simply by Tuto saying yule jamaa wa Hadithi.....
