At what cost?

Available data shows Telkom has less than 5% of the market?? How with the plans to merge with Airtel- are mhindi going to get free loneys after government buys them.


Why not make these looneys available seamlessly across the networks SIM cards- CA can do that with few tweaks on the laws like the dead portability experiment.
