This case is legit. Maraga is a fool to have let the issue reach where it has reached. He should have settled the issue with the lady. It could be this time the lady was nudged on by Kieleweke to cause drama but it is a legitimate case. Just as it is known, or was known, he and Pauline Nyamweya had a thing going and when Pauline got Judgeship it was not a surprise...
In this instance, whether its politics behind it or not, the lady is genuine.

That neither here nor there. Birth certificate is NOT a definitive proof that one is the father. Indeed it is just one of the flimsy argument his lawyers were putting up for public consumption. ONLY Registrar of Birth (author of the document) can verify it's authenticity, not Maraga lawyers. And if you get someone arguing such technical issues just know they are hiding something. Second, even if its proved to be "fake" that should not acquit Maraga from parental responsibility. Indeed even to file a child support case birth certificate is not needed. It is good if its there but you can file a case and be heard and be determined without birth certificate. But prove of existence of the kid is a must.
Nothing would give Maraga COMPREHENSIVE VICTORY if he get DNA test and prove its all politics. He won't do it. He has said he know the lady but denied siring the kid. That issue will now die as suddenly as it came up. He will settle..

Correct but also this brings the question of his judgement in public. Does this person qualify to be a judge leave alone a chief justice ? The earlier he retires the better.
Go do your homeowork on his rulings and realise why Raila and Odm Jsc made him chief Justice. We almost lost a country because of him
